National Novel Writing Year 2005

The idea of NaNoWriYe is to write a novel in one year, no matter how busy you are.

A thousand words per week isn't much to ask when you consider that you will have a 52k novel written by the end of the year. The idea is to start writing a minimum of one thousand words per week starting the first week in January. That's the commitment.

No one's asking you to revise anything while you're writing, though you can also post snippets onlnie for comment if you like. The major idea here is to make 2005 the Year of the Novel and to prove to yourself and to others (and to your children LOL) that you can actually write a book.
